We strive to offer seniors all components needed for healthy aging, nurturing body, mind and soul with compassion and companionship, for healing and hope. • Our continuum of care offers a variety of options to accommodate seniors’ unique, and often changing, needs. • Active seniors 55+ entering Aase Haugen’s continuum are able to live independently in a home of their own within Vennehjem, a Senior Lifestyle Community. • When they begin to need assistance with routine activities we offer personal assistance through Friends Care as needed, or move into Aase Haugen Nursing Care or Aase Haugen Assisted Living Facility. We offer respite services for family caregivers.• Seniors in the continuum at any level can easily access short-term rehabilitation and therapy through Aase Haugen until they can return to their own homes. • The Aase Haugen continuum of care offers a wealth of resources available for its community members. We provide multiple levels of care so that people in the Aase Haugen Family will not have to face difficult transitions alone.
