A franchise agreement for a new Marriott Fairfield Inn and Suites has been approved for Decorah.

Developer Rebound Hospitality of Northfield, Minn. plans to build an 80-room Marriott Fairfield Inn and Suites after demolishing the Bluff’s Inn, located off Highway 9 on the south side of Decorah. Rebound also manages the Hotel Winneshiek in Decorah.
